Bruce, whose wife Kathy and son Ryan, work along beside him, is recently a proud grandfather for the first time. Sophia Ryan Bovasso was born on February 23, 2005 in Lone Tree, Colorado.

For the past five years, Bruce has owned Bruce Swinney & Associates Real Estate. Prior to that he has worked for franchises such as Coldwell Banker, Better Homes & Gardens, as well as other independent offices.

Ryan and his wife Jennifer relocated back to Helena in June 2004 after being married in Omaha, Nebraska. Ryan brings youth and energy to the office.

Having grown up in Helena and being a graduate of Capital High School and University of Colorado at Boulder, Ryan loves the area. Getting more involved in the community is one of his goals.

Ryan has begun his career with the Swinney Sells Team with the thirst to learn and has recently graduated from Howard Brinton's Star Power Universities for Buyers Specialization & Listing Specialization.
